Terms & Conditions — vb8005 Platform Agreement

By accessing the vb8005 platform — whether by visiting vb8005.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally. These terms apply from the moment you first access the platform and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence, including after any account closure for matters relating to activity conducted while the account was active.

vb8005 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, vb8005 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account. However, it remains each Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the vb8005 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and supplementary documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

If you are acting on behalf of a company, organisation, or any other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and references to "you" throughout this document shall encompass both you personally and that entity jointly.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the vb8005 platform. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering a vb8005 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vb8005 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. vb8005 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify vb8005 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or a compromise of your login credentials.
• vb8005 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account to provide an additional layer of security at login.
• Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and should combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters.
• vb8005 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vb8005 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• All activities conducted through your account — including all bets placed and all deposits and withdrawals initiated — are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified vb8005 of a compromise beforehand.

vb8005 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where relevant to sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Players are strongly advised to read bonus-specific terms before opting in to any promotion.

• Each welcome bonus is available once per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• Bonus Funds are separate from Real Money Balance and will be used in play only after Real Money Balance has been exhausted, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• vb8005 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bets already placed under that promotion's terms.
• Players who vb8005 reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or other manipulative strategies — may have their bonus privileges suspended and any associated winnings voided.
• Bonuses not used within their specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using the Player's own account, in real-money or bonus play as specified. Use of automated tools, scripts, or external systems to complete wagering requirements is strictly prohibited.

A Player may close their vb8005 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. vb8005 will process voluntary account closure requests within five business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned via the Player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal minimums. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable balance through wagering will be forfeited on account closure.

vb8005 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• A Player's account being inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case vb8005 will attempt to contact the Player before initiating dormancy procedures.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring vb8005 to cease servicing a particular account or jurisdiction.

In cases of account closure due to breach, vb8005 reserves the right to withhold all balances — including Real Money Balance — pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, vb8005 may forfeit part or all of the account balance to offset any damage caused to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Disputes arising from account closure must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure date. vb8005 will respond to all legitimate dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

These Terms & Conditions, including all provisions relating to liability, dispute resolution, and intellectual property, survive the closure of a Player's account and remain in full force and effect with respect to all activity conducted during the period the account was active.
